This iconic grade II* listed building and surrounding area is being brought back to life, The Battersea Power Station is a global icon, in one of the world’s greatest cities. The Power Station’s incredible rebirth will see it transformed into one of the most exciting and innovative new neighbourhoods in the world, comprising unique homes, set amidst the brand new Shopping Centre which will be the third largest in London, Opening October 14th 2022.

The overall project is divided into eight phases located over this immense 42 acre site, each building is carefully designed by a range of specialist architects.  These include SimpsonHaugh and Partners and De Rijke Marsh Morgan (dRMM) in Circus West Village (Phase 1), WilkinsonEyre in Battersea Power Station (Phase 2), and Foster + Partners and Gehry Partners in The Electric Boulevard, Battersea Roof Gardens and Prospect Place, (Phase 3). The first chapter of the development, Circus West Village, was completed in 2017 and is now home to over 1,800 residents, as well as an eclectic mix of bars, restaurants and leisure facilities, including a cinema and theatre.

With Battersea park on your doorstep as well as being walking distance to the famous Sloane Square and Chelsea, Battersea Power Station will offer everything to its residents. Phase 3, Battersea Roof Gardens and Prospect place, designed by the famous Frank Gehry and Foster + Partners is the latest addition to be released with 1, 2- and 3-bedroom availability.

In addition, Apple is set to move into the Battersea Power Station making it their London Headquarters, with space for up to 3,000 staff. The new Zone 1 northern line underground extension of ‘Battersea’ will be on site and is set to open in 2021.

Circus West Village is the first chapter of Battersea Power Station’s regeneration with more than 1,000 people already living in the new riverside neighbourhood. Designed by SimpsonHaugh and Partners and dRMM, it comprises 865 homes and an eclectic mix of restaurants and shops, all set against the backdrop of the Power Station.

There are a handful of exclusive penthouses too, with their own expansive terraces. All residents can enjoy the Riverhouse private club overlooking the River Thames with its bar, dining, screening and games rooms.
